This ski looked sick at the lake... Daniel looks like he's been riding it for months ... From the looks of it guys better watch out for WF 2012!
Nice ski, lots of custom one off stuff under that hood.. Congrats bro
Saltwater and msd TL aren't very good friends... Good news is my boat fits ... Was a little concerned about the short boat ramp... George is bringing his boat so double boat....
Thanks Idok , but I'm sticking with my Dasa 900 for now.... But I will say I get to do some tuning and testing with the Dasa 1200.... My close friend happen to load one in his truck today...
We are testing and tuning this package now.. You can also pm or call Brian at Thrust
So far there's one freak running with the Dasa 1200 and another one will be after Daytona.... Brap is all I can say for now...
If you sprayed carb cleaner, etc around the base of the carbs with no increase in RPM theres not an airleak there... IMO
Pull the plugs and see if one piston is cleaner, simple way to check the head gasket without pulling it....
That's about right on the fuel filter.. I have seen the primer suck air around the t fitting .. Try removing the primer fitting from the fuel line... Just cut a new line and bypass the primer... And then retest
If the motor ran fine in your sxr and you just swapped hulls it's not the motor... Unless you removed carbs...
Is the filter full of fuel when the ski is running?
If you had an exhaust leak you would see smoke after a quick ride when you pop the hood.
Pop off the fuel line from the carb and blow back into the tank, make sure theres no restrictions. I've seen trash get stuck in the tank pickups, which caused this same problem ...
Airleak you can check...
Cant go under the exhaust tube as it sits almost flush to the hull...
Power factor pipe battery on left side..
B pipe battery on right side... But you have to build a battery tray to sit above the exhaust tube...
Mine is working perfect, running a etx 12 with TL... No problems great setup..
I use west system Gflex on all my inserts and haven't had one fail yet... Mixup G flex thick, install insert , build up some Gflex around it, then I lay a 2 x 2 cloth or carbon over it...
