I bought mine from Thrust, he has them in stock.... Box fits perfect, seals well, aaa+++ deal...
I ran msd TL in my old LPW superjet 100% saltwater, it's okay but you gotta have the installl perfect and keep things in top notch shape...
Some TL installs you wonder how it even runs...
If you can't find anyone to weld it send it to me, I'll get it taken care of... Gonna be shipping plus $40-50... My good friend is a aerospace welder and machinist ... Ask Idok you won't even know it was touched
MSD TL mounted in my Power Factor / RRP sealed box... I did the install and wiring, even added a hr meter.... I ride surf 90% of the time, has not leaked or fogged up.... Its the only way to go
No reason you cant backflip a under 800 cc ski, oem hull.... Mike from Albanymotor sports was at Lk Diaz (Daytona freeride) riding a oem hull, 760-770 ish single carb, b pipe ski and stabbing them in.... And hes not a small guy either....
I was very impressed..... So dont limit the tricks...
Yeah but if you go to comps, theres 2-5 riders at the normal stop... Not talking about Nationals.... I seen last years the AM, ran with the Pros all at once due to the amount of people...
Great idea, just not enough people
You guys are busting on Clickboom for doing the superflip in AM.... Get over it, the guy just started riding right before WF's 2010 (So one YR of riding, also the guys not 18... He's gotta be 40 ish give or take)... He has the means to buy a 900cc comp ski, he trained every day for that year &...
The problem is even if you make a 800cc class or limit the hull, etc... Theres going to be the guys that push that ski to the max due to having the funds to build it and your back to having a high dollar limited ski... Will be the same deal , just maybe guys getting into it will be closer...
We gotta do something.... I gotta be on good behavior so I'm listing numbers
Yeah DK the factory in Thialand sure don't help the small guys in our sport... We need to get a bob out this way
I would guess Tem has to be at the 50 + Badass hulls by now, the badass has been out for 13 months.. Not bad for a wife/husband team..
But no one sells more A/M hulls than RRP, seems if a model slows down , Rick builds a new must have ski...
I ride left foot forward so I run a strap on the left front of the tray... Im not a big fan of a front foothold pocket as i feel your not locked in or scure when going big or inverted. I don't run it tight, rather loose ... In my XFR I added a pad to the left foothold that keeps my foot secure...
MSD TL setup correctly performs fine in saltwater, just like Gil said.. It takes some time to setup msd correctly.. My LPW flagship ski had msd TL setup by XS, rode that ski every week in saltwater...
As for the flame I'll keep my mouth shut...
Like supertune said, don't just bolt some...
