I think about half the posters in this thread have not bothered to read the original thread and actually read and understand the first post in this thread.
its being turned into a bash on money. its not about that, its about being disappointed that for a price you can fwbf. his own personal...
check cooling lines, I had a ski that had a plugged line after the motor and it would heat up and act weird sorta like you are describing. but you could def tell it was hot.
all else fails go back to the start. check it all from the bottom up and replace all that questionable bs on the way.
I am very glad that motors are getting more powerful and hulls and parts are always being created and improved. NO ONE CAN DENY THIS IS A GOOD THING.
I think the point is that if a golf club and ball were invented that automatically hit the ball into the hole every swing, how many would play...
what I took away from the OP was that now instead of the FW backflip being something that had to be practiced for quite a long time. and took even longer to master. Now you simply have to have enough money and it is within the grasp of nearly anyone. so instead of this move being something to...
you need to make a jig if you plan to cut out the glass and install a new pump area. otherwise the pump is modded to fit the hull, you align as you normally would.
your planning and execution is awesome. not knocking it cause I like how it was done, but did you stand in the tray? those bars seem forward and low to me. mine are as far back as I can get em without making a negative mold and about 28 up from the tray. unless you are tearing it up in the...

sorry but I have to mention your avatar is one foot forward. lol just found it funny. not stirring the pot.
I think having the pole shorter will also make you pull the nose sometimes in addition to standing in the rear of the tray.
if you end up redoing it you need to remove that foam. it will absorb water and is also not structural. the other thing is you purchased micro balloons and while its great as a lightweight filler it is just as its named- a balloon. so when you sand it you will have a half balloon. and now you...

mcmaster http://www.mcmaster.com/#tygon-2001-tubing-and-tygon-2375-tubing/=bqqux1 this price is pretty good especially considering mcmasters shipping.
I was told that the oem is tygon and have some that came from motion pro. its still soft like when new except near the filter, for some reason its very rigid there. the yellow is tygon also. anything else is not tygon, I have some of the colored lines and it is rigid as the old stuff I throw...
you definitely need a helper, or 3. layer after layer it gets worse the longer you do it. a little alcohol helps. not be be a prick but you realize you are not even half way thru? get help now!! more help means you cut down layup time. imagine hitting that hull for 30-40 minutes vs 5...
