SXR Please identify this flywheel -SXR 800

The pic I posted is of 440/550 Jetnetics just show you the way older ones were manufactured, there’s sure to be differences between models. I’d be surprised if it’s not a Jetnetics….

    Make the beachcart not float??

My group regularly loads up in the AC inlet, 1 foot - 2 foot rollers and boat wakes. With the cart floating in the water, standing next to the ski , put the nose onto the cart, fire it up and a short blip of the throttle, run it up onto cart, and then we push cart out of the water with ski on it.

Bilge Switch - should I switch positive or negative?

Always break the positive with the switch, especially with pumps sitting in a wet bilge. If you break the ground with the switch a failing/leaking ( into the pump) pump would ground your batt. Pump wouldn’t be running, you wouldn’t hear anything, your first indication of a problem would be a...

    Carb Theory & Practice

So would it be advisable to start tuning an unknown/new setup with a blatantly low prop, achieving ideal jetting, and then adding more prop? Would adding more prop require rejetting? Like a zero and span type of tuning ?

    Freestyle 2024 WDK Weapon

The mini primer is the chit! I always pop my hood for cold starts anyway, so I figure why put another hole in the hull. The 9.0 liter was a little close to my pipe in the Phantom so I just went with the 8. Must be rockerd different than your build. Love the Righetti tanks , when you’re ready...

    popoff spring rate accuracy

Gained tension!! Pop went up 10 psi ! That was my experience with aftermarket springs. To be fair to the aftermarket though, I had purchased bulk from R&R Jetski , anyone remember them?, and they had been on the shelf sorted in a plastic Plano container for a loooong time. Maybe they age...

    popoff spring rate accuracy

I’ve dialed in carbs with Mikuni springs and aftermarket, and in my experience Mikuni springs stay where you leave them (pop off psi) , after markets don’t. I’ve had carbs that were dialed perfect with aftermarket go lean and after inspection found to change as much as 10 psi. Just my 2 cents.

Are they genuine Mikuni springs? Aftermarket springs are a waste of time.
