Its pretty much just aimed at making jet skiing great again and having fun. We try to make it out most sunday evenings and when ever the waves kick. On the weekends when it's flat, you get big boats going by that throw pretty big waves.

not normal. Must do a leak down test to determine where the leak is coming from, could be crank seals, could be case mating surface. Air leaks cause the motor to run lean and blow up, so yes, that would cause piston scoring.

thanks guys, the ski is a lot of fun to ride. I have no intention to sell it, but everything is for sale for the right price... Building them is half the fun though.

I have had an msd make a plug tip half white and half black. I went down that same route of checking everything under the sun, including plug orientation. Check you cdi first, my plugs looked exactly like that.
