I do the one up and turm the opposite way too and its works well.
Seems like the yamis starve for fuel if you lay them to the left though.
Best exersize for riding is....welll.................riding.

Yeah, I did the same thing, put on a pro-tec rec head and got 192 psi with just the o-ring.
And I didn't really want to run other than pump gas.
What about a thicker cyllinder base gasket. This will alter your port timing though.

I think about the best prop from skat is the 18/23 for bottom end.
Somehow both my FX1's came with these and they hit pretty good, but I have Bpipe and 195 psi head too.

Can you elaborate on that?
Are you talking about resealing the pump seal with goop or just using goop around the intake shoe area.
I did an FX1 144 mod with a bored out 122 shoe and it cavitates like a bastard.
Yep, going back to stock exhaust and selling the rest.
Got dual Keihins and I need the stock main jet size and pop off spring spec.
Anyone got any keihin springs for sale???
Fuel stores longer in higher volumes.
Stabilizers like Sta-Bil do actually work well.
I have used last seasons fuel many times with out issues.
If in doubt--dont waste it, just mix it 50/50 with fresh gas.
Might not try it in a heavily modded machine though.

Which Hooker did you end up with? I did the Bonzai mod last year but retained the 122 shoe (bored out a little). It had bad cavitation off the line. This year I will install my 9/15 Hooker and 144 shoe. I also plan to enlarge the intake duct. Damn I hope I get hookup!!

All you need Craiger^^^ is to have another kill circuit that would activate when the pole is severed and save the day and everybody is happy and sh*t.
