I believe #0 uses, or has used, them.
I bought the tool, and I think the are perfect for garden hose repair. But for skis, and the restrictive access, I do not want to use them.
I recall reading a thread ages ago about someone using cable ties instead of hose clamps and have a problem doing so.
What's the consensus on using cable ties instead of hose clamps.
But I do not think it's economically feasible, unless you have the resources... like Riva... to get consistent numbers (able to duplicate environmental and setup conditions)

I think it is legit to compare numbers to examine performance to cost ratio.
ex: Does that $500 manifold setup really give you that much of an advantage over stock?
Actually no, the more pages you have the shorter the bus.
Ex: A bus can hold default, 30, or 40 posts per page. - whatever the #s are.
The short bus holds less posts/page.
