for anything you'll remove later, use regular exterior silicone. if you want to seal/glue something permanently use 5200. For any kind of fiberglass repairs or reinforcing, use epoxy resin and glass.

I would say its your jetting. If it was because of reserve, once it started sputtering, its out of fuel and not going to run reliable at any rpm.

If the steel bracket requires drilling after powder coat, how will it not rust? 1/4 aluminum is thick enough for the base part of it, but i wouldnt use it for the uprights unless you have are gusseting them quite a bit. This is the bracket I made up if people need ideas, also custom hood hooks.
