Wax. It works good. I added a 1/4" water fitting to the box adding a little more water in there to add back pressure and quiet it down a bit. You can jetting and or a pressure valve too for your preference.

You will see there's smaller holes for the exhaust side of the Greater head and bigger holes on the intake side.
