Update: I just went through the "dual 44s observation thread" and it occurred to me that I have the silver mikunis, not oem. I didn't realize there was that big of a diff. I'll be able to play with it this weekend and will see what I come up with. Thanks for yalls help.

You need the screws to secure the tubbies while whichever adhesive you use bonds. You can't clamp em down...

Or you could tap and use a dent puller or just drill them out large enough to get a small screw driver in there.
