Long day today.
I work custom auto-body during the summer. I took it out to my boss's shop and got some ideas on the paint. I'm thinking plum purple would be interesting.
Hull weighs in at 109lbs, crazy light compared to before.
Got the hood down to 7lbs removing the rest of the junk. Now time to add.
Time is running short again! Ugh. I hope I can get this hood done before I leave.
Good news- the hood weighs 12 lbs now
bad news- there is not much hood left
This is going to suck. There was so much filler used, it was basically holding the hood together. I'm going to have to get creative on this to use filler to a minimum.
That would be a cool build, I'd imagine that would make a good difference on that hull. I'd feel bad cutting up an AM hull though haha.

Stupid quick question,
Is this an FX1 intake grate? The pump shoe is a 144. Looks like it would fit the 122 shoe. I don't have any other intake grate to compare it with.
I bought it off the fourms claiming it was for a superjet.
Are FX1 intake grates worth more or less than superjets?
