Fuel pump has been replaced , fuel level sender replaced , the contacts on the fuel sensor swinging arm had fallen off and the contact surface on the board was filthy , so I just replaced the whole sensor , I did clean the contact on the board with some fine sandpaper. IDK what is working...

The good news is they are not giving me any hassles about warranty on the pump , I went ahead and paid for a pump yesterday to speed things along , when I return this one they will swap it out no problem.. I think that was water test four on this one , so third time is not the charm here ...
