    I would think you would run out of impeller and hit the rev limiter with a big pin and 15 degree straight pitch, maybe a 15.5 , he has the 16 , simple enough to try it and see , if it's too much load bend the rear blades upward a few mm's and take some pitch out or send it off and have it done ...

    You could always run a Zeel , there are some curves out there for it , then you can ditch all the Seadoo electronics and the stator and go total loss or it's simple enough to run the stator and a voltage regulator rectifier for battery charging if you want it .

    A Seadoo 951 weighs 135 lbs the Kawi 1100 reportedly weighs 189 lbs , Kawasaki 900 , 146 lbs , Another source from a New Zealand mini boat site says it weighs 86 KG or 189 lbs also , that weight is with the carbs and exhaust attached , I am not sure what was attached on that Seadoo motor ...

    Ummm maybe I missing something here but please explain how turning the driveshaft will turn the armature in the starter , I can't wait to hear this one. The starter is not connected to the flywheel unless the starter is spinning and it throws the bendix forward , if it was and you revved it...

    Anything that will jar the starter and make the brushes contact will work fine.

    Yep if you are getting 12 V on the output side of the solenoid the starter needs to be repaired or replaced , if you don't want to tackle the starter REBUILD yourself most areas have places that repair starters and alternators , one of them should be able to fix you up , but truefully rebuilding...

    Sanded and buffed ,now no doubt I could play with it and make it damn near perfect but why draw undue attention to that one spot on the ski , as is it blends in with the rest of the ski and a bodyman like myself could pick it out but Joe customer would have no idea , it blended in beautifully...

    Yep same pipe , here is the one in my Seacouch it wraps around the back of the ski . Its very similar in design to a Coffman pipe for a TS or SC 650 .
