    big bore vs overbore

The 62T & 64X sleeves are around 1mm larger on the outside diameter than the 61X sleeves and the aluminum cylinder casting is 2mm thicker. You can quickly tell the 62T-701 sleeves from the groove around the bottom skirt area and the 64X-760 sleeves do not have these grooves which are around 1mm...

Use the heli-coil inserts for the bolt holes and fill the cylinder's exhaust port roof with ultra high temp stainless epoxy so you can keep your existing B-pipe exhaust manifold unmodified.

    big bore vs overbore

You should ask questions before buying a big bore cylinder, including the sleeve outside diameter measurement along with many others. The stock 61X sleeve outside diameter is 88mm with an even thinner measurement at the bottom skirt area. Most big bore sleeves start at 90mm OD or larger and...

I have some stator flywheel questions. Please help.

You can use the 6M6 or 61X CDI box with any Yamaha or Kawasaki two ignition wire coil. Yamaha CDI flywheel stator info: 6M6 CDI (650 models) 6500-6600 rpm limiter - works on 61x system. 61X CDI (701 94/95) 7050-7150 rpm limiter - works on 650s but not 62T systems. 62T CDI (701 96+)...

Where can I get these connectors?

Those are just regular insulated bullet connectors, that were not designed to be waterproof. Most hardware stores have them in stock in various sizes.

    62t flywheel/stator, 6m6 electronics?

There's still an issue with the 62T stators changing coil not being compatible with the 6M6 CDI unit. If you want to swap that 62T flywheel & stator combo for a 61X flywheel & stator combo, I'll do an even trade if they're in good condition. Your other option would be to install an MSD...

    62t flywheel/stator, 6m6 electronics?

Yamaha does that on purpose so you can't interchange the 6M6 or 61X CDI units with the 62T stator because it uses a larger charging coil that puts out double the voltage. I would recommend just swapping the CDI box for a 62T unit because it has a higher rev limit and it will be compatible...

    Motion Pro Dial Guage

If you want to make your own timing degree marks be sure to get a gauge that has at least 25mm or 1-inch of travel distance or it will stop short before it hits the 40-degree mark. That Motion-Pro gauge appears like it has only 1/4" of travel making it good for TDC use only.

    Motion Pro Dial Guage

That would be a good TDC indicator to use because it has different length depth attachments. I just use a digital cylinder bore gauge because they're easier to read the metric measuments and use this calculation tool: http://john.rushworth.com/Pics/Piston/ to find the travel distance for each...

RIVA DOMES & HEAD quick question

The Riva 35cc 81mm dome should have around 185-lbs compression for the stock bore 61X cylinder. Riva domes are marked on top with 81mm for the 701 engine and 84mm for the 760 engines and have those exact measurements unless they have been machined larger.
