I was in the same place you are now 3 years ago and I took a chance and bought a WDK Envy hull that is cut back 3 1/2 ", it knock 90lbs. weight off the sxr hull which made the ski feel so much lighter and still carves and handles like a stock hull except it glides across the water instead of...
I'm 53 and been riding since 1976 and learn how to ride a 1974 green 400 with the start and stop button on the tray, fell in love with it and bought a brand new 1977 js 440 and have rode nothing but standups ever since. The best part was racing them in the early 80's during the hay day of...
I have had one for about a year on a charging ignition and had no problems and then 4 weeks ago it quit, I contacted them and said the where fixing a problem they had and I would get one of the new battery's. They sent it too me in 2 weeks and did not even ask for the old battery, as for turning...
Went to see Travis Pastranna new movie last night and highly recommend it I think it was the best one yet and being 3d was better than I thought! What was sad was everytime Travis had a crash the first words everybody said was is he (knock) out again!!
2 Thumbs up.
Engine cradle (it's lighter than yours) motor mounts, drive shaft bearing support, steering cable will work but is a little shorter, the pump nozzle is a great add on for lowend being a 84mm exit, and of course every nut and bolt.
Put a 650sx nozzle on it that will put you at 84mm and wait to spend the bucks on a impeller until you get more motor brap! This setup will work very good for you with good snap. You can get the nozzle setup on ebay for around $30-40. with turn nozzle.
Kyle just use the rule float switch and it will turn off and on by it's self, just point the float to the front of the ski other wise it will come on all the time. just epoxy it to the bottom of the hull right beside the coupler and put your bilge on the other side...
X2
When you lost the splines on the first shaft it took out the splines on the mid shaft, replace them both and come ride with us. You can take the ones out of Justins ski he's not riding much! lol
Yes, 650, 750, and 800 all the same. There is a guy on ebay that sells both together for like $78. How do you like your Dasa setup and who built your motor? I have a stock stroke 920 Dasa in mine and trying to get it all dialed in.
On the back where it screws on you cut 4-6mm off so it set's back farther in the pump, but be sure and measure how much clearance you have before it rubs the pump hub.
Hey Chris I pmed you yesterday but I did not know if you got it so I posted here.

If your racing then yes, the controller can dry the pipe for max topend. For freeriding and playing around tap the fitting on the head pipe and put a 100 main jet in there and put a adjustable valve to control how much water you want and it works great and very tunable for your application.
Yes you will, do you know your seal is in backwards and I hope thats not black silicone you sealed up the cases with is it. I think your ok because the seals are double lip but some seals are cut to run a certain direction.
