Other Low End or Spark??? - Troubleshooting Help Please!

I would verify that you don't have a carb that's dumping fuel at part throttle. That pop off seems pretty low for those carbs.

Changed pump shoe now pump will not align with bolt holes

If a slotted hole sets you up for failure, you shouldn't be working on the ski to begin with. There is a reason a lot of aftermarket hull manufactures went to 8mm pump bolts instead of 10mm...... can you guess why????????

Super Jet B pipe manifold port matching (need help)

Using a bit with much larger and less teeth is better for aluminum. It won't clog as easy as the ones with smaller teeth. Also running them against a piece of steel will make quick work of cleaning them out.

Surfriding Carb Jetting 701 w/ Powerfactor

The combo of the seat size and the spring pressure is what determines pop off pressure. With a 2.5 seat and a 115 gram spring, you are probably some where around 20 psi. But with that said the only real way to know your pop off is to check it. Springs vary soo much one might pop at 20 and the...

Super Jet Cavitation under heavy throttle

Easiest thing to do is what speedy said. Take a flash light and shine it inside the seal area, see if you can see light passing through.
