I'm not running an xmetal pole so I can't comment on having to mod the holder. It fit in the rrp holder just fine. But as far as cables go, even if you have to do a little modifying it's well worth it to have a cable you won't have to worry about for a long time.

Blowsion shows $775 for mod, add $30 for a limited. I think the issue is supply and demand. Since factory pipe is producing very few of these they have become very hard to get your hands on. We used to be able to buy directly from factory pipe for about $670 or so if I remember correctly.

Sounds like standard full spec jetting. Pop is usually around 24 or 25. There are a few other issues that may need some attention if you bought them new. Shoot me a pm and I can probably point you in the right direction.
