Did you do any pump changes each time you changed the pipe setup or did you just swap pipes and play with pipe temps?

Plexus is good stuff for sure. Once you glue something down with plexus it will never come back up. Hull builders use it to glue in motor mount inserts and possibly other inserts. It's not cheap stuff, but I haven't found anything that's quite as strong.

They use gaskets and seals in airplane engines too........

Adding to what bogged said. I have had many people jump on my hull and say they were instantly comfortable on it, short pole and all. Josh has been great to deal with, answered any and all questions. His hulls rides amazing and even after beating on it for over a season it still has no gel coat...

I really haven't decided which one. You really need to do it by temp, not by what jet is in the spray bar, too many variables.

I have gone down to an 80 jet and all the way up to a 140. I wanted to see how the pipe would work both ways. I haven't stuck a temp strip on it yet so I can't tell you the temps.
