May need to be more clear on what pistons you have. Are they kawasaki pistons or are they flat tops for the specific profile for that cylinder. Not all flat tops are same angle or truly flat

$100+shipping/pp fees Complete freshwater pump from Yamaha fx-1. Has chip in vein (did not effect performance in my personal ski), besides that very nice pump.

$250+ship/pp fees Protec headpipe. This can mount to a stock manifold as well as Protec manifold. Comes with the proper black coupler as seen in pics. Yes it's freshwater, silt buildup from local river.

$100 each plus ship/pp fees both boxes are nearly complete minus cdi and start stop harnesses. Battery positive cables are short for raider/blaster I have more partial ebox available if interested. None are this complete or this clean.

Would be nice to get these with option of the PV bosses non-machined, or possibly offer a pv blank (block off).

Check your carbs over, but your likely gonna need an external return Check your carbs and see if they have internal restrictors, if it does not you will need to add one regardless. No restrictor means low fuel pressure, may be part of your issue.

Agreed check your carb filters. if that doesn't fix your issue... it will run on a prime until that fuel burns off correct? Do you have a return line restrictor installed? never seen a ski not run because of too high of pop off myself, but I have seen needles that would stick, usually had some...
