Not to derail, but those molds on Ebay are cool to see. I have always wondered how a jacketed pipe is casted. I'll be honest, I still don't get it. Is something in the jacket/cooling space that is removed after the casting? I've always been curious.

One thing I have not once seen in a waterlogged foam thread is the before and after weights. The composite added to repair what was done by cutting out the tray is not weightless.
