I'm guessing this is an aluminum pump due to the thicker vanes? What's the weight?

Super Jet Weird carbon on pistons.

If the inside of your engine is black under the pistons it could be caused by short circuiting from the ignition timing being way off or the air leak.

    Super Jet nozzle help

Yes the 65V reduction nozzle from a gp800 or gp1200 with the 144mm pump will bolt right up. Check with JetManiac for the bilge switches.

    Custom/Hybrid Japanese "secret" pumpducts.

That P.V. should be in a different cylinder because it doesn't mate with the strange exhaust contour IMO. The mini scupper next to the exhaust outlet is kind a neat and that exhaust system is really a fine piece of artwork too.

    Custom/Hybrid maxx pump..148 setback TWINS

I guess fuse welding the stainless together helps with keeping the cost down and productivity up. Only time will tell how well these things will hold up. Does this guy offer any kind of warranty on these pumps if they happen fall apart?

Freestyle Solas SS 'Mag' Nonsetback 144mm pump REVIEW

If there's a gap issue it's probably not the pump and more likely to be the driveshaft or impeller seating. I'll be cutting back my C75 till the blades are almost touching the vanes. Anyone had good results with the Solas Concord YQ-CD large hub impellers with these pumps?

    Custom/Hybrid maxx pump..148 setback TWINS

You must be using Hybrid bearings with ceramic balls and steel cages because the full ceramic bearings are way more expensive.

    Custom/Hybrid maxx pump..148 setback TWINS

I was informed not to use those ceramic bearings because they won't endure the extreme pump vibrations and don't have the same rpm rating as the regular bearings. Also they're $200+ a per bearing. I'm just going with some regular Jap C3 bearings and use synthetic pump oil to keep the resistance...
