Totally agree. Especially if you are wanting to learn to flip something with a 701. I'm not saying it cant be done, but it will be harder to learn on something long like an edge or sv. A t1 or phantom are great all around hulls in my opinion, and both extremely fw capable too.

No, i understood. Haha. Even with a 701, if flipping is your goal you want a flatwater hull unless you ride surf or are immensely tallented.

It really depends on what your trying to do. If you want to flip anything with a 701 off a boat wake, buy a flatwater hull. Only the super talented 1%ers can flatwater flip anything with a 701, you'll likely need a wake if that's your goal. If you want comfort and ability to cruise around and...

FV is a flatwater hull... and theres several variants at this point. An SV is the current kittycraft surf hull

Probably so, there's a lot of good knowledge here, but I'd take it with a grain of salt and call your builder. My builder has sent me all of my motors with intake and reeds installed, and will answer calls on a Saturday. That's what we pay for after all, right? Sorry i can't be of any help!

Anything will work. A full size oem battery can charge the small lithiums a few charges. Check out some lithium 12v packs made for ebikes and such. Everything we use has been scavenged from something else.

We use a larger charging battery and carry it to the ski with the charger. Our charging battery can charge 3 or 4 skis over a weekend freeride trip.
