According to my mechanic at that time and from what I have seen no water entered the RRP box. The brain just died and ofcorse good luck getting a replacement from MSD. None of the brains lasted more than 6 months mostly weekend rides. I don't care at this point if something new comes up with...

Yes I did, Xscream recommended those back in 2010 (I don't know if they still run them now) The wires would come out of the coils after 5 -10 rides and Kawasaki coils are not available so I have to order them from the US and wait. The only thing that survives is the Yamaha OEM electronics...
