Holes need to be drilled inwards by 3-4mm on each side I think, evenly would be ideal. Don’t have a manifold I can measure on hand or I’d do it for the buyer. This is just a cheaper option for someone wanting to run a SBN 46 while saving some $
46mm SBN carb that came off a wetjet kraze so the bolt spacing will need to be drilled out to fit, other than that it’s a clean carb just needing a rebuild kit.
There’s minor pitting in the throat from sitting on a water locked ski for years, still a lot of like left in it! Priced accordingly...

I was thinking about scanning it into CAD to 3D print a prototype to make a mold from with standard SBN 46 spacing but don’t know anybody who knows metalworks like that

You nailed it on the head that’s exactly what’s going on! Engine is tuned great just having “thrust” issues I called it bottom end. The pump does feel like it’s spinning out or not building up enough pressure which I’m guessing is what happens when you have too small of a prop?
Good information! A steeper pitch seems like it could alleviate my problem, switched to a jet dynamic grate and hookup is so much better but it almost feels like my pump is immediately blowing all water through when jumping, flipping etc. It feels like thrust is lacking a lot!
