I have been using 3/8 “fast flow” fuel line for cooling lines. It’s reasonably priced, easy to work with and has held up good. They ship fast too.

I purchased one of these mid last summer when it was on sale for about 40, and have been running it since. Ran it flat dead, twice, shortly after getting it and it somehow charged back up and still works fine, besides the built in charge indicator which quit right away. A friend purchased one...
I run a rhaas speed plate on Yamaha 62t cases w dual oem38s (stock Superjet stuff) and I just cut the stock manifold studs shorter. I think this would work the same for setup. Thread the nuts on the studs before you cut them, file ends then remove nuts and they usually thread good as new.
Nice work! I did a very similar bushing setup on a cart I made but cut the bushings from nylon instead of steel. Works great and no need to grease which will attract sand.
You might consider adding gusset on the riser bar to bunk tube, looks like a lot of leverage there, could get bent if you...
If the situation was reversed, wouldn’t you want the same support from neighbors? Say you wanted to run ocd solutions out of your home, assuming you don’t already? At least to me, the guns part doesn’t make it any more intrusive than any tangible item or part being sold online. If it’s a walk...
Sounds like you probably already have your design figured out, but here is how I made one for my trailer with minimum material. It holds the vp cans very solid but wouldn’t work with others because the height of the handle is what holds the can down in the bottom tray. Expanded metal sheet with...
I bought one, also for science. Unfortunately won’t be able to test it out until spring. The hub measures over 78mm. Anyone know how this would work out on a stock small hub stator? I plan to try it on a solas mag and/or stock 6 vein stator w Tbm stuffer but the hub is even larger than that.
You could also try unplugging the stop switch to eliminate it, I have seen a corroded switch cause weak / intermittent spark. On a later rn ski unplugging the 2 pin connector near the Ebox, I believe w black and white wires, takes the switch out of the equation. Yours is likely the same or similar.
Something I had been looking for was a solution for a bar pad that would cover the front of the steering and under the handlepole. I stumbled across RSKI products new custom fit bar pads and decided to give it a try. They are 3d printed from a flexible material that seems ideal for this...
