Hey all - been away from the site for a while (had to take the latter half of the summer to install all new windows in my house and fell off the PWC interest for a bit). But I'm back with a vengeance now. Just wanting to reaquaint myself here, and thought what better spot than the Invasion...

Well since you've already done the mod then why don't you ride it and let us all know what YOU think about it? :woot:

The SN is a great machine to start out on - only downside (IMO) is the 650 motor, but they can be built up, or you can swap in a 701 or 760 later on. If you're getting it cheap enough you can't go wrong, may be able to get all your money (and more) out of it later.

Yeah in retrospect I wish I had said something - I can imagine you're hurting. Awards can be for other than the usual stuff too - like biggest cost of the weekend - might be Eric and Amber(?) for what I understand is the loss of a tent?? (another thread)

No awards were actually given out at the Invasion, but hey nothing says they can't be doled out retroactively.... Worst mechanical problems...gotta be Wetbox and the steering cable - or the carb problem on the stock SN. Highest air.... Slickest trick.... etc etc etc... Any...

You get a good view of the Shootout too then??

Skicrazy can vouch with me that the water at PB2 on Saturday was great - compared to PB1 area when we took a little ride Friday evening. THAT was HOT!! We wimped out on Saturday night too - for various reasons (and lucked out on the weather then I guess). I do want to tell everyone that...

I've got two 'test plugs' from Lowe's in mine - you have to shave the end down a little bit but it works good.
