E85 is to poor quality at the gasstation you would have to rejet every time riding bc the % of alcohol differs to much, oxygenated racefuels yes it works good but they loose quality fast, straight high octane fuels is the best route to go imo.

Anything between 34-38 degrees i like using. Its not like msd tl that has a few degrees of static thats able to be used, in the zeel you need to have altleast one degree greater static then you want to fire due to the calculation of the cdi So if you run 32* ign you need to have atleast 33 but...
