Carbon inserts that came with my hull

I can get a pic of the inserts tonight. I probably would have traded pole brackets but I drilled the threaded side out in order to run pinch bolts already.

I like your XFR! I'm building an XFS carboncore right now that looks very similiar. My Hull came with carbon inserts for battery and fuel tank separate for me to glue in if I need them, I'm surprised yours didnt come with them to.

I use permatex high tack gasket sealant because it won't break down from fuel and oil and does a really good job at holding gaskets in place while aligning surfaces

I use a little bit of high temp gasket sealant to hold in place

The broken part of the reeds did go through my motor and took out a dome and piston. I also had some rod rash on the cases from one of the petals getting under the rod. I ended up splitting the cases cleaning everything up, honing the cylinders and replacing pistons, rings and domes

I had Vforce 3 reeds when it happened and I just put in replacement petals and new gaskets

Check the reeds. My superjet did the same thing and it was broken reed petals.

What about stock '14-'15 superjet graphics?

This was the actual price of liquids (primer, sealer, base and clear) for this ski with no mark up (normally 33% mark up). Labor would have been around 16-18 hours at $65/hr. Lucky for Lando we work for beer and pizza.

Also used industrial Velcro between tank and hull to help keep it from sliding

I epoxied ufo mounts to the hull and the measured the length of strap I needed and bolted through the strap to the mounts.

I used the same style straps for my limitedslip tank in my edge, worked great
