Humm!The sleeve is for sure not dropped but I'll go check the domes and flatness of the head today before installing new set of o-rings.Are the o-ring for 701 and 760 the same in diameter? A dealer here has a set for 701 engine but my engine is 760 with 85 mm bore.

They were made out of rubber but not for the high temp application, I believe, but they look the same as from ADA. I thought it was ok since there's water to cool down the cylinder but it turned out I was wrong. So I wondered if they are the same as ADA??

Another problem in a month. Took the head out to inspect the leak as the plugs had sign of water. Found out all the o rings were melted after only 4-5 rides in one month. Last rebuild I didn't order the set from ADA but used the o ring from hydraylic shop here. Was it about quality of the o...

I don't know how to help about tuning but your boat is FASTERrrrrrr than mine. I'll also need to tune my carbs to beat you on the topend too. LOL

The spring is in there but I suspect if I forgot the 2 small washer the goes before and after the spring. I'll check it today again.

Theanks all for answering. I use the brand new oem gasket everytime I open the front cover just to make sure it will seal well. Matt, do you still have that problem sometimes?

After finished building my engine and ride for a month, the bendix seems to sometimes slip when I start the engine. What is the cause of it? It's new OEM bendix when I installed it.

such as crank seal, base gasket, manifold gasket, head o-ring., etc how long do these parts last before you have to change them?

My first ski was a square and it was a great ski indeed. But the round is much lighter and handle easier IMO. It can do both racing and freestyle easily and lots of aftermarket parts, especially for its cosmetic.

Was that a total loss ignition? If it is, can we get it repaired? I'm interested since I have 2 of them in my house that are not working.

Sometimes weather, work, girlfriend, vacation getaway cause you not to have time to ride your ski. Does the ski need to be started regulary? or will there be any problems to the engine, ignition....etc?
