I not reinforced, because I do not want to add weight, if it broken i use another sn hull (they are cheap). I will use it only a time, because i am plan to buy a new flat water hull.

I think you save time and work, if you buy a cheap sn hull for cut the entery pump and intake zone and fiberglassing in your hull, if you only fit the pump, intake cavity will be very small.

I use white grease for all o-rings and seals, the secret on engines assembly is take a good cleaned and degreasing surface!!
