You did a great job on the styling. It integrates well into the SJ shape. It has enough variation in the lines and surface planes so that your eyes don't just slide off onto something else. And yet, it's not so busy that it looks gimmicky. I can't wait to see it finished in glass and color...

I'd love to find a carb'd Genesis. The injected ones scare the crap out of me. One little chip failure and you've got a nice, expensive buoy.

The problem with that equation is that using a boat means a trip to the lake, which for many people (those not living within easy driving distance of a nice lake) means renting a place to stay, food, etc... So using a boat (or ski) often means incurring all those vacation costs...

Rend made some extended ride plates with removable skegs back in the day. I've seen a couple for 440/550 auctioned on eBay over the last couple of years. I picked up one for a WaveJammer last year and it was nicely made.
