got my holds all epoxied in just poured my foam in behind em and my heater just started acting up i was hopeing to finish all my glass work today hopefully i can fix the heater quick or get annother
my 95 with single carb has a flange on the carb for a k&n filter im gonna remove this and go back to the oem setup it has a plate that goes on the carb and bolts to 2 of the headbolts. so im not too sure of the best/easiest way to do the headbolts as in is it ok just to pull the 2 bolts then...
sanded primed and painted the head pipe and sanded the chamber with 400 - 600 - 1000 - 2000 then buffed it with a polishing wheel on a die grinder with red rouge sp? from harbor freight

good call on replace all motor mounts carb side were both broke fully and pipe side ones were hanging on by a thread. cleaned what looked like 18 years of filth out of the hull im still gonna need alot more turd polish for the rest of it though
