Super Jet In need of fast help

Mine started with a weird running motor and loss of bottom end power. Looked further into it and notice some piston scoring but still passing compression test. Replaced pistons for piece of mind and ski wouldn't run. Wouldn't get going. Only had top end power if you were able to get the ski...

Just chased this exact problem for weeks. Pop off was way out to lunch for no reason. Thousand dollars later and s fresh top end and it ended up being a $2.00 spring in the carb and some fine tuning.. make sure needle and seat aren't leaking and popping off at the right pressure Sent from...

Very strange jetmaniac 735 engine issues

Little update: Last night I swapped out the entire electrical system for a 61x set up that we have for a spare. And problem is still there so we can rule out electrical. I'm running a cheap cart tank that the trixstar hull is molded for. I really wish I could run a different tank, but without...

Very strange jetmaniac 735 engine issues

Been in touch with Chris through out the whole issue. Unfortunately he's a very busy man. I'm out of town right now at a ride weekend and stuck sitting on the beach[emoji107] The carbs have brand new rebuild kits in them with zero hours on it. This issue was happening before the rebuild. I...

Very strange jetmaniac 735 engine issues

Looking for some help. I'm at a point where I'm ready to give it up for the rest of the season. Done nothing but spend thousands of dollars on this thing and countless hours wrenching on it. Iv rebuilt the motor. Brand new gaskets, compression test, leak down test, you name it. It just won't run...

    Mikuni dual carb rebuild

Good to know these parts are available individually! Just rebuilt mine last night and like stated you have to buy 2 full kits and then your stuck with a bunch of left over pieces. I'm stumped with one part tho. Does this side only need the o ring is does it also need s diaphragm? Sent from my...

    760 wave rider engine

There must be more to it then that? I just bored my jet maniac 718 from 82mm to 83mm and it brought it from 718cc to 735cc. You need to replace the cylinders to be able to bore to a 760 I believe ? Sent from my SM-G928W8 using Tapatalk

    Superjet trim setup/adjustment

Thanks for the reply. I'll get it together and see how it works! Iv been told by a few people to trim off some of the steering nozzle to help with quicker steering. Would that help? Sent from my SM-G928W8 using Tapatalk

    Superjet trim setup/adjustment

Putting my trim setup on my new trixstar hull and notice it's getting pretty sloppy. I called protec and they think it's not there setup and it's just there steering nozzle. Hopefully someone can chime in and recognize it. Having a issue with stopping the nozzle from pulling past "straight"...
