Bump from the dead. 2004 round nose. Wet jet pipe broke so put the stock exhaust back on. Can't seem to figure out the water routing. ADA head also installed.
Bulkhead to nipple on the pipe.
2 connections off head to over board. With a small T in one to feed water through 1/8 line to pipe.
No...
If your running freshwater only I wouldn't bother with a enclosure. As wicked as my RRP box is and looks slick, it's a royal pain to work on it if you have any issues!

Hmmm. I just can't see them flowing enough air... I bet they help a lot with stopping the water tho.
Even nosing in when flipping the motor snuffs out quick. Within seconds of nosing in if I'm not hard on the throttle it snuffs right out. What a pain!

Dollar bill? Never heard of her haha[emoji28][emoji1063]
I will defiantly try that. Hood latches down tight with the hood latch but I'll confirm with the bill trick.

I will defiantly try some turf around the flame arrestors. Still using rrp scupper. I'll be putting in a versi plug this winter infrlnt of the scupper. I notice water in there also. Much more then my trixstar. I always do a good circle before going for another flip to try and clear out as much...
Recently picked up one of the nastiest skis I've ever had the pleasure of riding. Have one issue tho. New to flipping and of course with flipping comes many many flops.
Seems that the engine defiantly is taking in some water. I have tried blowision "rain coats" to try and prevent this with not...
Selling the FRI lever? Why the switch? I know with my RRP I don't get anywhere near full trim. If i put my old lever back on I gain a lot more.

Have my eyes set on a 2013 xfr tray/xfs layup. Coming from a trixstar with a small JM 735(which rips!) Just want to make sure this isn't a decision I'm going to regret.
I rode this hull a couple different times this summer. My third attempt at flipping i got it around and was beyond stocked...
2015 trixstar full carbon fiber hull and hood weight 52lbs
Motor/pump:
Jetmaniac 735 freestyle motor with epoxying and freestyle porting(fresh top end)
Lighten flywheel
Msd enhancer
Factory B pipe( jet maniac ported)
Dual 38 carbs(ported intake)
Carbon fiber reeds
Jetmaniac/ Ada head with...
Something to do with the cylinder port timing on a 62t/61x that makes it the best. I'm running jet maniacs 62t/61x and rips good!

A buddy of mine just swapped a perfectly running 61x 61x set up for a 64x 760 and he went backwards. The ski has less bottom end now and can barley get out of its own way.

A piece of 1/4 fuel line inside the 3/8 water line is also a quick and easy fix. Gives you a idea if your going to benfiit from it or not before spending any money [emoji106]

Pipe installation is pretty straight forward as long as your mechanically inclined. Dual cooling is a huge bonus. Proper water routing is also a must.
As for jetting there s tons of info on here about b pipe jetting, but I'm sure someone will chime in

I'm no engine genius by no means but 48s and a b pipe on a 701 sounds like pitting fake tits on a grandma No? Doesn't the B pipe limit your power to a certain number right off the hop? [emoji848]
