All the 750s have the two lumps. I do not know off hand if they are the correct length. I would guess they are very close, if not the same, as the 760.
And if my kawi knowledge is correct, I believe you can only use the small pin 750 flywheel on a 650 crank. That’s the one with the larger taper...
You know I lighten these flywheels all the time, right? I’ve seen some questionable stuff lately that was claimed to be done by new Miller...
And actually, a 750 with no magnets and lightened would be lighter than a 650 with no magnets because of where the load is on them and thus how much...
I know you can put 650 electronics on a 750. Can you put the 750 flywheel and stator on a 650? The 760 and 750 flywheels work the same way and look very similar.

This is a brand new start/stop assembly from a tiger shark. Reason I initially bought it was it has a bulge switch button as well. The button does require you to hold it down, unless you made some kind of latching relay for the pump... It uses the same standard lanyard as the Yamaha and...
If you want the most from your TL setup, you can send it to me to lighten in addition to removing magnets. There’s another 11 or so ounces I can take off, and remove the third lump.
I can bore it and tap it, but I’m not buying the tap for just one job.

Definitely Yamaha. I’m leaning towards 61x rather than 62t. Would need to measure it to be certain. It doesn’t look like it’s repairable, though. You might try soaking it in something like evaporust to see if the rust goes down and you can get the stator clearance back.
I’ve been told it’s quite the difference between even my lightened and magnet remove plus lightened 760 flywheels for this setup. I’ve done 4 flywheels, soon to be 5, for the same group of guys running it!
Do you have a lathe and have you tried to cut the magnets? They’re probably harder, yet more brittle, than the carbide cutting bits I use.
I chisel the magnets out, which is still a pain.
