it looks like Yamaha replacement 84.5mm 64x pistons. You are at 763. 85mm would be 771. If they are stock sleeves, 84.5 is pretty much the limit, noting that some/most builders won't go over 83 on a 61x w/ stock sleeves.

My WSM 760 pistons have the same hole, as do my Wisecos. Helps to cool the top of the piston, or so I've been told. Nice SJ in your Avatar. Post some pics.

If you'll be using a factory pipe exhaust, you can purchase the correct exhaust manifold from Factory pipe. Ask for the 701 waveraider manifold. Or, if you plan on purchasing a whole new pipe from them, they'll swap out the 61x manifold for the 62T raider manifold for a couple dollars more...
