The micro was an amazing ride but a complete POS to work on IMO.

You can sand cast and aluminum one. Mock one up out of foam, then lay it in a wet sand box, gently cover it with wet sand, leave a few openings, to pour in molten aluminum. Works well, albeit a little time consuming. You use old beer cans for the aluminum. Several videos on YouTube to help you out.

Cool, I'm gonna try tapping the turn plate and screw in m6 bolts, it's not contacting the stop by about the width of an m6 bolt head so that should work...

If I max the adjuster one way it only bottoms on one side and vice versa...

Is it a bad cable? It's brand new.

Hi all, I was helping my brother install a turn plate and cable on an 08+ pole with a umi turn plate assembly. With the cable detached at the pump end and connected at the turn plate end, no matter how much I adjusted it at the turn plate I could never get the turn plate to hit the cast stop on...

Should also mention I had to run shorter rhaas motor mounts, with stock mounts the engine sat 1/4" too high. Alignment was impossible.

170/170, carbs are perfect good equal pop off , fuel filter is new and is full of fuel, check valve is brand new, tank holds pressure.

Still cant get my ski running right... Ski ran ok, for about 30 mins, still poopy, then, it started losing power intermittently, if you would make a turn it would stall and die. Then a bit later I couldn't get it past 1/4 throttle without stalling out, it has the power of a 550 most of the day...
