i don't think many people have the NEW xmetal scupper....it doesn't leak even when the ski is upside down....bilge pumps break too easy when riding hard...it depends on riding style..either one works.

maybe this will make you feel better.......this guy that lives across from my buddy, was out on his sitdown with mirrors, being stupid and somehow managed to get a 12 inch GASh on his shoulder from the mirror....he almost died...i told him i ride stand ups...and never got hurt like that....then...
