The cheaper ones like that are usually splashproof - IP 4. Might have to get more expensive one:(

i guess i mean i can turn the impeller which I guess means the engine is turning. It clicks but the starter doesn't turn the engine.

The ski won't turn with the plugs out. The dry pipe was such a PITA to put in, I am hesitant to remove that first. Maybe I'll try that phone number or the phone book. Thanks Wen
