    Surfriding communication

I think I'll buy 2 garmin rino (110 model) they are IPX7 (pretty waterproof) - and get a headset - maybe this will work http://www.h2oaudio.com/store/waterproof-headphones/surge-contact-waterproof-headset.html Guess I could just hook it up to my iphone in a waterproof box and go that route...

The cheaper ones like that are usually splashproof - IP 4. Might have to get more expensive one:(

Maybe something like a Garmin Rino on my jacket with a headset would be efficient. Something like the Rino, or maybe smaller- definitely interesting http://www.thegpsstore.com/Garmin-Rino-110-GPSFRS-Radio-P528.aspx?gclid=CKnAjbvPgqwCFRBR7AodhnK7Mg

    Surfriding communication

I'm familiar with the tapping helmet sign, but I was thinking some sort of more urgent communication. I mean, if you lose your hood or something, ski sinks, engine quits and current takes you, you injure yourself and you are in over 12 footers (not me) wouldn't it be more safe/convenient to have...

    Surfriding communication

I was wondering, especially after reading the upsetting Kevin Bruins' news, if riders are using any way to communicate while out on the water. Is there some kind of waterproof walkie-talkie/VHF/cell phone incorporated into a helmet. It seems like instant access to communicating with your buddies...

    waterbox install ideas......please

I know some have suggested putting a fire extinguisher in that hoop part - I hope they were joking b/c the heat of the exhaust gases through that pipe could heat an extinguisher and blow it up - just saying

    X-H2O Disease; "Handlebar Palsy"

It sounds like an ulnar neuropathy. You can check http://www.emedicine.com/neuro/topic387.htm for more info. Seeing a chiropractor for neck adjustments and/or taking supplements will get you nowhere. I would rec'd rest and motrin and if it doesn't get better, see a orthopedic surgeon.

    ski won't start

The ski won't turn with the plugs out. The dry pipe was such a PITA to put in, I am hesitant to remove that first. Maybe I'll try that phone number or the phone book. Thanks Wen

    ski won't start

I've been modding my 2004 superjet for the past few months off and on and it won't start. I have put in a dry pipe, girdled head, new impeller, grate and rejetted my carbs. Yesterday, I tried to start it and it just clicks. I tried jumping it and it won't turn over. I looked over the forums and...

    2009 Yamaha Line-up

Black is great, but.... I do like my black superjet, but I am starting to question how safe it is in Biscayne Bay - I've almost been run over a few times by idiot boaters and wonder if a brighter color might help a little.
