The hull is made of SMC not Fiberglass and I would use epoxies for the resin over polyester. Polyester resins do have issued bonding to SCM.

Yes it has been done many times. A JS800 out of Japan is the one ski that comes to mind.

You probably need a Stator too if you blew a mag.

jetski9010 what is that head in the picture of you motor. Is it a Ocean Pro Swirl Head for a 550 Piston Port?

Superjet-113 they started making the 440 in 1976 and yes they are white, but they also continued to make the 400 up thru 1978 and they are yellow. gijoe that's a great deal post some pictures of the ski.

A yellow ski with that hull # is a 77. my guess is it is probably a 400. I hope this helps.
