I have a cool push button one from hot products, mounts on the bars. Been going strong for 4 years now, been in the ocean a couple times.

Same here BK and I have had mine 8 years and it was used when I got it on a ski.

Bought the switch from Wammer's. Works fine 3 years now on mama's ski. Thru the pole and contact cemented under the chinpad.
It was around 60 bucks.

I also had one that worked fine, but I wanted a bit more slack in the cable and yanked the switch right off. I cut it open, soldered it back together and contact cemented the boot.

It worked for one ride. I now connect two wires under the hood prior to going out. It works, but it's a PIA.


This is no "slam" on the wammer switch. I broke it.
