here is my 07 sxr

The pump stuffer is an aluminum fixture that installs behind the impellor on the pump housing stator. As I understand it, it increased pressure inside the pump and I would think it improves flow as it fills the cavity behind the impellor to allow for straight through flow. It also has 3 different cones to "fine tune" to your style of riding. I have only used the stubby "freestyle" cone and can't comment on the differences between the cones.

I just replaced my freestyle cone with the TBM cone. WOW, it was one of the best mods that I have done. The hookup was unbelievable and I gained some good speed as well. The bottom end hit was not hurt at all. Highly recommended!!

so I'm depressed, my ski is scattered all over my garage.... TBM flywheel goes in tomorrow. I forgot my FW puller at work. Some more glue comes out and i think I'm going with korns idea to throw the e-box bracket away. It weighs almost 2 pounds. So its getting bolted directly to the bulkhead. after this is done I need to get a lighter hood and a wet pipe. I cant stop looking at the trinity site but 8 grand isn't in the cards,,,,, right now:)
I hope to make it to daytona again this year with it. That would make 3 years in a row.

I may have to put a hitch on my ford focus, 30mpg would make the trip alot easier to pay for. Although, no cruise would suck for 12 or so hours.

Btw the easiest/cleanest way to remove the glue (that I have found is with map gas & razer blades. heat the blade red hot, (holding it in needle nose vise grips) cut glue. grab glue with pliers & pull. Its a hand workout but it is very clean in comparison to a grinder.

You can get a Trinity hull for wayyy cheaper than 8 grand. I have the ES version. Don't forget, it comes with the hood, nose, footholds, scupper.

If you wanna take it for a spin in Daytona...hit me up.

thanks DJ. I may have to do that.

Right now I'm looking into another pole. I guess I'll have to put off my wet pipe for a bit longer. I found some cracks at the base of my pole and i'm in debate as to what pole to go with. I need to make a decision quick though, daytona is coming up fast. I can weld it up and run it if I have to but its inevetable that this pole is not going to hold up to my abuse. It did hold up for 2 hard seasons with lots of roll attempts. My stocker lasted 2 rides. So it was a huge improvement over the stocker.

well, i went with the X Metal pole and steering. I Like it,,, Alot.

I was surprised at the differance in the handling from it and the pole position with the bars on top of the pole.

here is a pic of the pole installed.

And a pic of the gelcoat crack from a failed roll. landed flat 3/4 rotation. it was really loud, I though I broke it alot worse. It also blew out the hood hook mounting boos on the left side.

Time to do some work.

Later

There is a bulletin out for ecm ground issues so I'll check that next. It has been a great truck,,,,,, and I'm not nice to my cars.
My buddy has had his 650sx in the back of his tahoe
I dont know if the sxr would fit or not.
