Blowsion One-way Valve

Does the Blowsion One-way valve glue onto the end cap or is it clamped on? The pictures on Blowsion's appear to be glue, but I just wanted to make sure before I started into the repair. The outside end cap is damaged on my ski and I would like to replace that part or put a scupper there.

I have one of those on an fx1 and it works a charm...

honestly, I'd leave it....its not hurting anything

I tore one out of a ski recently because the valve leaked really bad, and soaked the surrounding foam, too. The end cap was glued onto the tube.

Ya it works great! Gets the water out fast and doesn't seem to leak. I was just going to take the end piece off, clean up the damaged area to make it look nice, and use a scupper as an end cap. So essentially I would be using both the one-way valve and the scupper.

It looks like it is glued on, but I just wanted to check with some people who have installed them.
