Here are some photos of Missy's SXR. We sent it to Steve at Kommander to do some mods to it, as well as rebuild the motor. She is in heaven with this ski now. Steve rebuilt the motor (had internal rust build up), running race gas (not that she uses alot of fuel) and Dave at Impros set her Dynafly prop to 13/20 with the TBM pump cone, now using the freestyle cone too.
Blowsion trim system and carbon ride plate
Blowsion front sponsons and one piece nose cover
Deka battery
Kommander head
ture/welded hot rods crank
V-force III reeds and Kommander spacer
dual cooling, and some other little things
Jet Trim custom ride mats, with lifters for her little feet. we were going to get Missy stiched to the bottom but didn't have enough time, nor did we have enough time for the graphics we were going to do. on next years list though
All in all, the ski is awesome, and has some really strong pull too, pulls my fat as$ out of the water easily
the ski rides different from before, so agile now and she really likes it, especially playing with the trim.... now she wants to cut the back of the ski for more trim pull, and has thought about a trinity hull lol
we stayed with the stock exhaust for a few reasons, she likes the smooth power curve, as well as using the tool storage holder for out water bottle, plus she can fit her fishing pole in there if needed. have to say, it's a smooth but powerful contrable curve. I personally like that 1-2 abrupt hit myself...
Just have to say, Steve did an awesome job, and is truly detailed with his work. pricing was aweomse too, but we had alot of stuff done on both skis. If you have an SXR... he is definately the guy to talk to..
