Anyone know a good vendor that supplies mikuni pilot jets in sizes 140or145? I was recommended to go up on my pilot jet size and can't seem to find a replacement of that size anywhere on the web. Largest I've found is a 100. I've got a 137.5 in there now. I'm trying to put in an order today and have it overnighted so I can have it this week.

Its how they did it in the old days and if you had nothing else available..... Solder and dril, solder and drill.... till you got your jetting right.
I would like to have a set of those tiny twist drill bit jobbers around myself.

There are tons of vendors that have jets available.. Call jetworks or X-metal, LPW, etc.

John at Jetskisolutions is in Georgia so he should be the closest and the fastest. If no one else can help you, I have pilots from 65 to 185 from a previous tuning nightmare. I'll have to double check to see what I got in that range.

I have a pair of 140's, 147.5's and 150's, no 145's though.

atlantic jetsports has em.

If you are going to drill, you should use a jet drill bit. They are tapered

thx 4 the heads up...i'll leave all that drilling business to you guys. I'll mess it up and waste my time and still have a jacked up carb. IN2H20 is gonna hook a brutha up.

I spent 2 seasons dialing my Seadoo in after all my engine work and big carbs. I learned alot about jetting in that time and I ended up buying a hottach and tuning with EGT's. The biggest lesson I learned was that bigger carbs are not necessarily better, especially when it comes to tuning.
