Stock Carbs?
If so, can't help much there...but you could use a superjet chamber in a superjet.
Post your jetting and someone might be able to help get you closer.

just out of curiousity... why not just take out all screens... I talked to people that have run motors like that for years with no problems... my screens usually come out of their place anyways... and the screens may end up coming apart someday and cause real problems... dont mean to threadjack... I would go 75 pilot 135 main 95gram spring

I'm going to type this 1 more time-my post keeps dis-appearing after a sec.

I have fought those chambers for 18 months and accidently stumbled accross a set up that works real well-

Run the pipe dry as hell, bottom head pipe screw open 1/4 turn only, other 2 screws closed

total loss on at least 28* static timing

flow control valve at little pipe next to chamber exit along w/a 2mm restrictor-runs like a raped ape a all RPMs now.

This is on a LPW 745 cc motor w/185 psi.

Wouldn't be easier to use a pipe designed by Factory Pipe for a Superjet ...stock to limited?
I believe they call it their 'LIMITED chamber for a reason...I have used mod blaster chambers in the past a lot, but only with modified, ported, strokers, aftermarket Mukini's and av/race gas engines.
Stock carbs just don't cut it for modified engines as your to limited by the lean burn emission 38mm carb circuit, made by Mikuni for Yamaha.

Yes, you can run no screens also in the F/A, just make sure you have nothing that is loose and get sucked into the engine.

I am running this pipe with my 61x/61x ported 701 Blaster with dual 38mm's
( altitude 4500-5500 ) So you might have to go richer, we are normaly a tick below recommended jettings.

Jetting is

130 MAIN
70 PILOT
1,5 N/S
95 G Spring
High 1
Low 7/8

The low and mid pipe screw is closed the upper one 1/4-1/2 open, flow control valve no spacers
