seems like a bunch of unnecessary work to me... but to each his own.

my first mod would be to move the wheels forward on the trailer, that's got to have 1000+ lb tongue weight.

5200 sucks IMO I would use resin and filler.

O yea and fix the trailer it looks dangerous do a double trailer more like this and get the ski off the tongue.

The frame for the SJ was built seperate and welded with 5200 and bolted on with 242!!!!! :Banane13:

Ooh nice! I did something similar with my trailer a few years back. Too much tongue weight though, it was not good.

I am going to pickup my ski tomorrow. I should be back out riding with you guys soon.
