ok so i finished the pole mount area. well i kinda f-d up because i didnt really think ahead about the strands of glass that butch left after he did the sides...... i was laying the glass and trying to go up the sides and realized, poop i should have dremeled these pieces off!!!!.......heres the pics.

so yeah see how its got air in there.......:banghead: im pissed about it now......i didnt look at it this morining so i dunno how it looks.....maybe i can fix it, i dunno ill have to see tonight.

the base came out great though so thats what really matters.

^^^^^^ you cant really see here but i did come up and almost over to the hood seal.

the air pockets you see were pressed out so yeah.......now i just gotta knock out the nose and im golden.

sending my fly wheel to #.0 today aswell.

nose reinforcement is officially DONE:Banane26: everything went pretty good. had some trouble with the filler but all in all i think for my first job it went pretty well. bottom line is its going to be stronger than it ever was so that's good for me!

the winch worked great cuz i was able to do adjustments without any help.

so here's the filler. if you notice the powder every where its because when i fist pored it in the hull it was was too thin. i tried to just keep scraping it up the sides for pry 10 min thinking it would harden up but it just wasn't happening. so i just dumped a bunch of filler and re-mixed it in the hull.

here's the glass laid. got most of those bubbles out. like i said, first time.....

and here's a pic of my new mounts with my Kenny keepers, Butch had 4 diffrent sizes of mounts in there:261:

ssssoooooooooooo. my list of need to do:
call art for my prop size, flame arrestor, outerwear. DONE

pull my b-pipe out of my blue RN, clean it up, replace with stock exhaust. what are stock jet sizes???

buy bars, DONE grips, throttle, D-cut plate MAYBE....

turf and install the ppffh and move my strap to the back right corner

fill and paint tubbies

install pump, motor with Chris's help:notworthy:

i think im gonna have chris and maybe you help me drop it in cuz it needs to be alligned properly, i dont have any shims...... im waiting for my flywheel from #.0, i want to put everything together than drop it.

im almost positive my TBM turn plate has angled clamps so it only accepts 4 degree......? ill check again but im almost........wait my 4 degree umi fit so a 0 wont fit.........dammit.

shane, what happend to that guy with the ride plate? should i just say skrew it and find one on here or what?

andrew, you got another D cut or stocker i could cut layin around? do you have any extra shims by chance? what do you want for the bars?

chad has an extra that he just dcut..if you have your stoeker from your old ski just cut that

50 for the bars they are brand new in the package

alright, ill take the bars off your hands than!

no stocker.... some gnarly long aftermarket one. this one.

i got one thick shim, thought i had more but cant find them

looks like a jet dynamics plate. me and stan have run a d-cut one of those. it actually works really well... but i would sell it and start with a stocker
