you will have an outlet fitting at the front of your head. ( front of the ski). you run a hose from this, to the front of the head pipe. there is another fitting at the rear of the head pipe. you run a hose from this fitting, down to the fitting on the stinger. ( end of the pipe, near the waterbox). this is the hose that you put a "tee" into to run a "pisser" out the side.

good luck.

Because tees and fittings in general create restriction ,so what you have just accomplished is further restricting the stock cooling system by running it through a tee and another fitting, not exactly what you were shooting for would be my guess.

ya but i didn't have a plug so its not really hurting any thing right? the tee just adds a little more pressure

Pressure is not what you want, you want flow,if you increase the pressure you reduce the amount of time the water stays in the engine and collects heat, you have reduced the flow, therefore you have reduced the ability of the water to cool the engine. If its a stock or basically stock machine it probably won't matter,if it has a high compression head it very well may matter and can cause the engine to overheat as well.

exactly. if you're going to run a shorty chamber and a 13 degree prop producing high rpms you definitely don't wan't that much flow restriction.
