Carl (DangerBoy) is the process of creating new cylinder heads that will be released sometime after the Ozz freeride.

This head is currently installed on Bluegtate's new engine that he broke in yesterday.

Don't have specific details on price and package items, but I thought I'd share some spy photos of the pre-release unit. Will come with girdle hardware and socket cap head bolts. Head utilizes a sold bottom shell with incorporated o-ring domes. Dome rocking or spinning is eliminated with this design.

I'll be getting my head sometime here soon and I'll snap some more detailed pics of the shells.

answered above. I'll let Carl list those details when he is ready to release to the public.

so does this use a half girdle design?

Yes sure does.

looks great!

so, the domes are one piece with the bottom half? so if one dome gets fudged, you have to replace the entire bottom half?

Yes this is also true. There is a theory behind this, and Carl would explain it better, but he just left this morning to go to Australia.

Most people that don't race now days don't ever even switch out their domes. So this design in that respect is just like a cast head that has non-removable domes.

Also there is no chance of domes spinning or rocking, especially on higher HP engines.

any further word on these??? I have a motor in the garage thats headless

i believe he has 5 left. Contact Dangerboy. Tightithrash just picked up one of these yesterday too, along with a set of billet kawi style aluminum couplers.

Myself, bluegtate, and tightithrash are all running cold fusion heads, couplers, and flywheel covers.

My square I have for sale has a Cold fusion steering plate as well.

Long live CF!
